What happens if a new lessor demands that you move out right away?



If you are a lessee with “opposing power”, a new lessor cannot demand that you move out of your house before the end of your contract period. ※ The term



Requirements for opposing power, Even if the lessor fails to register the house,   the   lessee   has   opposing power if: ① The lessee is provided with the house; ② And has completed resident registration. If these two conditions have been met, the lessee has opposing power



Opposing power date of effect, If the lessee was provided with the house and has completed resident registration, the opposing power shall take effect starting from the day after registration. ※ Resident registration shall be deemed complete with the filing of the move-in report
