Yes, you should report a business to found a skin care salon.

Business Registration : People who want to found a skin care salon should have facilities and equipment necessary for business and submit the business registration and attached documents, such as outlines of business facilities and equipment to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Change Report : If the tradename and location the skin care salon or the name of its representative have been changed, the details of the change should be reported to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Succession of Position : When a skin care salon operator has transferred his/her business or has died, the person who has succeeded to the position of a skin care salon operator shall file a report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Sanctions for Violation : If a skin care salon operator doesn‘t submit a business registration, change report, or a report for position succession, he/she can be subject to the administrative or criminal penalties, such as the suspension or closure of the business.
