What are the subjects that should undergo an immigration quarantine?

What is “immigration quarantine”? Immigration quarantine refers to taking hygiene measures such as inspecting, isolating, and quarantining people, aircraft, ships, automobiles, and cargo entering or leaving Korea at airports and ports to prevent the diffusion of infectious diseases at home and abroad.

The following people, transport means, and cargo are subject to quarantine inspection. 1. All people, including passengers and the crew, the transport means (ships, trains, and vehicles), and cargo entering or departing Korea 2. The person, transport means, and cargo that contacted the above transport means for crime prevention, investigation or arrest of a suspect, and rescue in an emergency

If a person subject to the quarantine inspection does not receive it, he/she cannot enter or depart Korea until the quarantine procedure is completed. A person, head of the transport means, or owner or manager of the cargo that enters or departs Korea without receiving the quarantine inspection is subject to up to one year of imprisonment with labor or a fine not exceeding 10 million won.

Should aircraft that is not vulnerable to infection also undergo the inspection?
