You can claim the duty-free goods you purchased at a downtown duty-free shop at the “Duty Free Pick Up” zone in the departure hall at the airport on the day you depart Korea. ※ If a foreigner purchases domestic goods at a downtown duty-free shop, he/she can claim them from this zone after the passport and the boarding ticket are confirmed. How to Claim Duty-Free Goods You can claim goods purchased at downtown or online duty-free shops as follows. You can receive the goods only on the day of departing Korea and cannot receive them on arrival or have them delivered to you after arriving in Korea. You can only receive them at the designated Duty Free Pick Up zone in the departure hall on the day you leave Korea. After the departure inspection, you must present your passport and boarding ticket at the designated pick-up zone.
