I would like to operate a side dish store.
What types of business would a side dish store be classified to?

If you make side dishes in your store and sell them directly to the consumers,
your business is classified to “on-site sales, manufacturing and processing business.”

What are the requirements to operate a side dish store?

You should have the necessary facilities for a side dish store,
file a notification on commencement of business to the Mayor of a Special Self-Governing City, or the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu,
and register your business at the tax office.
