Thank your for your inquiry.
In Korea, a short-term childcare service is provided for a family raising a child from 6 months to 36 months or less (see p. 314 of the guidance on childcare programs published by Ministry of Health and Welfare), which is now available to a foreign family under the same conditions from this month, April 2022 (see the press release of Jan. 28, 2022 on revision of the guidance on childcare program by Ministry of Health and Welfare). Thus, If your second child is under 36 months, you may consider using the service.
